• Build and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure automated testing at scale.
• Develop performance and load testing frameworks to assess system scalability, throughput, and latency across distributed components.
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions to track test execution, system health metrics, and identify failure patterns.
• Design and develop tools for chaos engineering and fault injection to validate system resilience and fault tolerance.

• Analyze test results, root cause failures, and provide detailed reports on system quality and reliability.
• Maintain test data management strategies appropriate for distributed environments including data consistency and replication testing.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems and contribute to incident response and post-mortem analysis.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Software Engineering
